Our investment team has the expertise and capability to manufacture a comprehensive range of aero-engine components, including fan casings, compressor casings, combustor casings, high-pressure turbine casings, low-pressure turbine casings, support casings, turbine discs, turbine shafts, and sealing rings, spanning every section of the engine from the fan to the turbine.
We will also be capable of processing difficult-to-form materials such as titanium alloys and superalloys, which have narrow hot-working windows and stringent performance-control requirements. These capabilities will enable us to provide end-to-end delivery, from raw materials to precision-machined components, while meeting the exacting requirements of leading aero-engine manufacturers worldwide for microstructural uniformity and dimensional accuracy.
The ring materials range from the engine intake to the exhaust end, primarily using high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, and other difficult-to-deform materials. Deformation is challenging, and controlling the microstructure properties during forging and heat treatment is difficult, making machining extremely challenging.
