Our investment team has the capability to manufacture gas turbine components, covering key parts from the compressor to the turbine, including casings, blade rings, turbine disks, disk-shaft assemblies, aft skirt housings, support rings, and mounting flanges. In the future, we will also be capable of processing stainless steels, high-temperature alloys, and specialty steels through near-isothermal forging, precision ring rolling, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing. These capabilities enable near-net-shape forming of complex geometries and support one-stop delivery from forged blanks to finished components, meeting requirements for microstructural uniformity, dimensional accuracy, and international gas turbine standards.
The ring materials range from the engine intake to the exhaust end, primarily using high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, and other difficult-to-deform materials. Deformation is challenging, and controlling the microstructure properties during forging and heat treatment is difficult, making machining extremely challenging.
